We collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, including your name, email address, phone number, role, location, availability, experience, credentials, job postings, applications, hiring preferences, and other hiring-related information.
Users may upload profile photos, credential images, documents, and other materials related to caregiver hiring, provider staffing, and account verification.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate Cytrea, show caregiver profiles and provider opportunities, support applications and hiring workflows, improve product quality, prevent misuse, send service communications, and respond to support requests.
Cytrea does not sell personal information.
Messaging and Application Data
Cytrea may process application details, messages, offer activity, contact unlock activity, and related hiring workflow data so providers and caregivers can communicate about opportunities. Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information they share.
Uploaded Photos and Documents
Uploaded profile photos, credential images, and documents may be displayed or shared within Cytrea as needed to support caregiver profiles, provider review, applications, and hiring decisions. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
Payments Through Stripe
When payments, fees, subscriptions, checkout, or contact unlock purchases are used, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Cytrea does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Notifications
We may send email, in-app, or push notifications related to account activity, applications, messages, job postings, offers, payments, product updates, and support. You can manage notification preferences where available in the app or device settings.
Data Sharing
We share information as needed to provide Cytrea, including between providers and caregivers participating in hiring workflows. We may also share information with service providers such as hosting, analytics, communications, security, and Stripe for payment processing.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or misuse, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their account credentials and devices.
User Choices
You may update account information, manage certain profile details, adjust notifications where available, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some information may be retained as needed for legal, security, payment, or operational purposes.
