By accessing or using Cytrea, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Cytrea. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Provider and Caregiver Responsibilities
Providers and caregivers are responsible for the information they post, upload, submit, or send through Cytrea, including profile photos, credential images, job details, application information, messages, availability, experience, licensing, and hiring-related information.
Users are responsible for verifying employment, credentials, licensing, references, eligibility, hiring decisions, workplace requirements, and legal or regulatory compliance. Cytrea does not replace independent verification, background checks, professional advice, or required compliance processes.
No Guarantee of Employment or Staffing
Cytrea provides tools to help providers and caregivers connect. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, applicant quality, staffing results, caregiver availability, successful hiring, or any particular outcome from using the service.
Payments and Fees
Cytrea may offer paid features, fees, subscriptions, checkout, hire offers, or contact unlock options. When payments are used, they are processed through Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to the price, billing terms, and any checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.
Fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law. Stripe may process payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse Cytrea, submit false or misleading information, impersonate others, upload content you are not authorized to share, harass users, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Cytrea for unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, or unsafe purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cytrea is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for hiring decisions, employment disputes, credential issues, licensing issues, staffing outcomes, user conduct, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised last updated date. Continued use of Cytrea after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
